But it will probably be only her lawyer who appears in front of a Ventura County judge. Prosecutors charged the 44-year-old pop superstar with one misdemeanor count on Thursday after her March 4 arrest.Since then, she voluntarily checked into a substance abuse treatment center. The misdemeanor charge level means she is not required to appear and her absence won’t count against her. She is unlikely to show up, though her representatives haven’t commented on the court case or her plans. A representative previously called her actions inexcusable and said it would ideally lead to overdue change in her life. A man was detained after being accused of attacking a flight attendant and trying to get into the cockpit on a flight as it landed at Newark Liberty International Airport Saturday, authorities told CNN. The 48-year-old suspect was taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation, the Port Authority Police Department told CNN. One person on the plane refused medical attention and no other injuries were reported, police said. The incident was reported as an altercation and audio from ATC.com indicates the suspect attacked a flight attendant. “United 1837, we are declaring an emergency. A new study examines how large language models perform in a variety of medical contexts, including real emergency room cases — where at least one model seemed to be more accurate than human doctors. The study was published this week in Science and comes from a research team led by physicians and computer scientists at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. The researchers said they conducted a variety of experiments to measure how OpenAI’s models compared to human physicians. In one experiment, researchers focused on 76 patients who came into the Beth Israel emergency room, comparing the diagnoses offered by two attending physicians to those generated by OpenAI’s o1 and 4o models. A search is underway for a 22-year-old Northern Kentucky University student who went missing nearly a week ago, according to police.The missing student, Murry Alexis Foust, was last seen on April 27 in the Latonia neighborhood of Covington, about nine miles south of Cincinnati, according to a statement from the Covington Police Department."At this time, there is no indication of foul play. We understand the family’s concern and share in the worry they are experiencing during this difficult time," police officials said in the statement.Police in Covington, Kentucky, have launched a search for Murry Alexis Foust, a 22-year-old student at Northern Kentucky University, who went missing April 27, 2026, in Covington.Covington Police DepartmentPolice asked the public for help in locating Foust.
