Kylie Jenner sued by a second housekeeper for workplace discrimination

Updated May 1, 2026, 6:55 p.m. ETKylie Jenner is facing more legal trouble after another former employee filed a lawsuit against her alleging workplace misconduct.Juana Delgado Soto, who worked for six years as a housekeeper for the reality-TV star and beauty mogul, made her complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, April 29, according to court documents obtained by USA TODAY.The ex-staffer is accusing Jenner, 28, of various abuses during her employment, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to pay wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Jenner's company, Kylie Jenner Inc., is also listed as a defendant in the case, along with other companies and associates affiliated with "The Kardashians" star."Our client alleges she was subjected to treatment that stripped her of dignity," Soto's attorney, Della Shaker, said in a statement to USA TODAY Thursday.
