

Updated May 1, 2026, 6:55 p.m. ETKylie Jenner is facing more legal trouble after another former employee filed a lawsuit against her alleging workplace misconduct.Juana Delgado Soto, who worked for six years as a housekeeper for the reality-TV star and beauty mogul, made her complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, April 29, according to court documents obtained by USA TODAY.The ex-staffer is accusing Jenner, 28, of various abuses during her employment, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to pay wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Jenner's company, Kylie Jenner Inc., is also listed as a defendant in the case, along with other companies and associates affiliated with "The Kardashians" star."Our client alleges she was subjected to treatment that stripped her of dignity," Soto's attorney, Della Shaker, said in a statement to USA TODAY Thursday. "This lawsuit seeks to address the lasting emotional and physical harm she suffered as a result of her employment with Kylie Jenner and her affiliated team."USA TODAY has reached out to Jenner's representatives for comment.Soto's lawsuit comes after another former housekeeper of Jenner's, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, filed a lawsuit on similar allegations of mistreatment.
